Although it took me nearly 2 months to receive the bag (I just received it 2 hours ago lol), the bag is very adorable and its quality is great btw. Hope my next experience could be better than this time ❤️❤️. Because Royal Mail did not write my full address on the parcel so the customs could not make clearance for it. They ended typing my address at only my house number without a street's name, award, and district. Please help me make a complaint to royal mail :):):)
