I joined from the US really not knowing what t expect. I found such a lovely community of ladies and definitely very helpful info on the most effective ways to combat effect of menopause. I found the course was broken up well into bite sized chunks that made the changes easy to implement. I lost several inches and developed a taste for eating lots of vegetables so definitely a win in my book. Sara, the instructor, is the kindest and most encouraging person you'll ever meet! Always went out of her way to be helpful. Definitely would recommend this course!
3 Day Detox
After all the Christmas feasting, what a bonus the 3 day detox was. The detox menu was really simple to follow which you could prepare in advance but the recipes were all fairly quick and easy to make as and when you needed them. I did have times of feeling hungry and the menu included lists of “snacks” but I managed without. We also had self pampering recommendations and a live call each day with Sara and Susie. They are power houses of information about nutrition and were able to answer any questions with lots of useful tips and encouragement. I did have headaches but I think that’s because on the 2nd and 3rd days when I was at home I wasn’t drinking enough water. Susie made the good suggestion of leaving glasses of water around the house as a reminder so that is one for the future. I feel so proud that I stuck to it and am over the moon with the results having lost 5lbs and an inch from my waist. I feel less sluggish, less bloated and have been waking up in the morning with more energy and clearer headed – like looking through a window that has just been cleaned. It is now 5 days post detox and I am still feeling lighter and brighter in myself and my cravings have not taken a hold. So far I have not been tempted by the remnants of the biscuits and chocolates lying around at work and I have reduced the size of my meal portions!! I would definitely be up for doing it again.
Menopause Angels
I joined Club Spirit last January having discovered Sara and Dr Clare whilst scrolling through Instagram. I was after some guidance on how to lose weight, do more exercise and navigate through the menopause. I have tried and failed with diets and exercise so many times, but Club Spirit seemed different, from the moment I attended the first introductory online meeting of the Lose 12lbs in 12 weeks course. Sara and Dr Clare are so knowledgeable and I felt at ease chatting with both of them - there is no judgement and they really are there to help! My aim was to get back into my favourite trousers by the time I went on holiday in July - and I did. I was amazed that I had finally found something that worked and I have felt so much better within myself and about myself. I have lost over a stone during the course of the year, in a sustained and managed way, and even over Christmas when I did over indulge I felt in control. Club Spirit is a community of like minded and amazing women who support you through the ups and downs. I can't thank Sara and Dr Clare enough for how they have helped guide and support me. In my eyes they are menopause angels! I know they are about to restart the course I did last January and I would totally recommend it if you feel lost and just need that little bit of help, support or guidance to get you though the next stage of life.
I have just completed my first 12 weeks…
I have just completed my first 12 weeks of the lose 12 pound course and the support has been amazing , menu plans, recipes, exercise and wellbeing advice all given as well as weekly check ins . Lovely to meet other women all navigating the menopause and to share advice and tips . I will be continuing with the plan as feel so much better and have lost 11 pounds ! Thank you Sara Eker and Dr Claire Searle for the support and understanding . I would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with any menopause issues 😊

The best decision you'll make
The best decision I've made after looking at loads of information on the menopause. Wish there had been something like this around when I was in my 40s. I'm now early 60s, was overweight and have Type 2 Diabetes. Pre-joining I was verging on needing medication so something had to change. Along came Sara & Dr Claire who are so supportive and knowledgeable. I have learned so much from them about nutrition and exercise. My diet has changed and I'm eating and enjoying food that I've never tried before. The wealth of information available on the Club Spirit website is just amazing and Sara is available by email or telephone support if needed. The Community is also very safe, supportive and encouraging - love it. There are live Zoom exercise classes and live webinars on all things menopause related. I only joined in Sep '23 and my BMI is now at a healthy level and my Hb1Ac is now also at an acceptable level. I'm stronger and fitter than I've been in many years and have dropped a dress size too. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make a difference to their lives as they approach, are going through or like myself, post the menopause.

I started with ClubSpirit nearly 4 years ago. In that time I've lost 9kgs (20 lbs), but what I didn't expect was how much physically stronger I've become and what it did for my mood and mental health. Having never been a 'sporty' type, ClubSpirit has been a game changer to my life! I now crave movement and exercise in my life daily. I was 43 when I started and what it's taught me it's never too late to do something positive for yourself! Sara and Dr Clare as just the best at what they do. Sara's workouts are always so encouraging, positive and as they're online, she talks you through every exercise to ensure you are working the targeted area and protecting yourself to avoid strains or injuries. There's a perfect mix of workouts, stretches and meditations on the platform as well as healthy but super tasty recipe ideas. Dr Clare is a font of knowledge on all things menopausal and has made me so much more aware of possible symptoms and my options as I move through this stage of life. I’ve been a member of Club Spirit for many years, through and beyond menopause. I’d definitely recommend it. Highly recommend
Joining Club Spirit is the very best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. I am post-menopausal and had been struggling with even trying to cope with how my physical and mental health has been. I also suffer with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis, so a triple whammy really. I had seen Club Spirit advertised online and I decided I would attend the free webinar to see what it's all about. Club Spirit is run by Sara Eker and Dr. Clare Searle who have a wealth of experience and qualifications between them. They are super friendly and very welcoming too. Do check out their website. My progress so far. I am nearing the end of week 3 and have lost 3lbs and an inch off my waist. My clothes are generally looser. I am in less pain and my joints are less swollen. I'm more mobile and feel better mentally. I have been following the nutrition advice and exercise videos. You don't need to go to a gym or count calories. The support you get from Sara and Dr. Clare is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. There is also the Club Lounge where you can talk to other members if you wish to. I cannot say enough good things about Club Spirit. I highly recommend this to any ladies wishing to feel better and being fully supported whilst they do so.
