Sent off my flue analyser so they had it over half term when I was away. I heard nothing all week so rang them on the Friday to ask when it would be returned, I was told it would take between 5 and 8 days !!!, then strangely enough I received an email from them later that day saying they had tried to contact me by phone but couldn't reach me ( not true ), telling me both sensors were out of date and needed replacing, the bill of course was going to be a lot more and asking if they could proceed, I have no choice !, please do it and get it back to me asap. It was returned to me with the battery flat !!!!

Have been using Test 4 Less for 5 years to calibrate my previous analyser Anton v2. This year I upgraded to the PRO 2 arrived the next day good service.

The order process was straight forward and the product was just what I was after. However, after receiving the product I did email them afterwards asking advice on the product purchased but no one got back to me
