The mentors and career counselors are excellent. Was having issues with a project and the career counselor did a zoom call to help me get everything done the right way. Couldn't have been more great full for the extra time she spent with me. Excellent training and staff

What makes the experience great are the mentors. They are thorough in their teachings. They make it possible for me to understand the material. I have to review it several times to grasp the concept and understand it fully. Another is the community, they are here to support you and challenge you if you look for it.

Although I haven't made it all the way through or experienced everything yet, what I have experienced in the modules and in the community has been great. If you ever need help, there is somebody there to give you support. They have shown themselves to be accessible. The program truly does focus on building skills that are marketable in the workforce. I feel confident, by the time I do get my next certifications, that I'll be well-equipped and well-prepared to jumpstart my IT career. I'm actually excited about it. I strongly recommend getting involved in this program. I have no regrets and don't believe I'll have any by the time I'm through.

I had a busy schedule when I enrolled in the program but being able to view lessons and practice once I was able to make time took some pressure off of me to complete the course when everyone else was on schedule.

Need more live support and lab from Adan would be more slower

The knowledge and passion of the team at NGT is amazing, you can tell everyone really loves what they do. When Jacob Hess teaches he explains everything in a great way where you can definitely understand. I love seeing people coming together that really love what they do and share that with someone else. When I think I’ve hit a wall, they are there to help and show you where you are needing to go. Also the career crew is amazing at posting jobs, showing your how/when/where. Karen has been great and on top on HOT job postings. That basically gives anyone a great chance of getting a job outta the gate. They also have a team to reach out Robin has been great, she has reached out several times and encouraged just to see how you are doing each month and ask if there are things they can do to help or improve on. Which they take to heart. My time with NGT is an on going great experience and I’ve told so many people I know they should join. My husband (in IT) has said only the first part of this course has been more in depth then his total learning of 2 years.. and that’s only 3ish months. Imagine where we can go with their knowledge they willing provide.
