I think this program is very well set up and is designed to ensure success in both the program and outside of the program. I really appreciate all the instructors. PLEASE NOTE: I would like to start this review by noting that I completely recommend NGT Academy and have successfully referred Victor V. to NGT Academy, he started last month and is enjoying he progress thus far. I will continue to refer people to NGT Academy as it is the best place to receive this level and type of education. My previous review was a 2 star and was completely harsh and undeserved. My two star review was based on frustration with some particular areas and not on NGT Academy as entire program. Even though their are issues, after speaking directly with Jacob I understand that these issues have been identified and are in the process of getting fixed. I would like to state what each star if for in my opinion. Star 1 is for the content. The content is well written and is organized with the intension on not overwhelming the student. Star 2 is for the response to issue if you have an issue you will get a quick and by an actual human. Star 3 is for real world scenario in their labs and exams. Even though I have an issue with "distractors" in quizzes that doesn't mean that the quizzes are incorrect. Star 4 is for the team, Jacob and all that work at NGT have been kind and want to help you succeed not only in NGT Academy but also want you to succeed in your career. This is worth two stars on its own however the reason one star is missing is even though they are doing things correct there is definite areas of improvement and since you the student are paying for this service you expect to receive a top tier frustration free learning environment that doesn't contribute to the frustration.

The explanations were great: some concepts that I didn't understand previously when the same things were taught to me were clearer as a result. Also, the ultimate demo lab that we did was absolutely like one I did years ago, but less effectively, when I had to set up the internet & phone system of a startup where I worked (but w/o any of the configurations, since I didn't know them). All in all, a very good course. Can't wait to complete FSNP & start the job hunt

Over the last few weeks I have learned so much already. Things that I've always had interest in and questioned on how it was done was answered. The labs associated with the lessons just gives you so much more. I can't wait for the weeks ahead!!
