This device works well!
This device works for me as I have mild sleep apnea... I had a c-pap and now have lung damage from inner foam lining and decided to give the "Excite" unit a try. Great product and easy to use!

Good option for mild cases of sleep apnea. Need to use consistently in order to maintain results.
Worked very well for me!
I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea (AHI - 39) in November 2021. I struggle with the CPAP machine, trying every mask there is and the longest I can leave on is 2-3 hours so I am considered "non-compliant" according to my doctor. The emails from the CPAP manufacturer say my usage is on the low side. So I was very eager to try the eXciteOSA device to see what the results would be. After 7-8 weeks of use, I did another sleep study and the results are that I am now negative for OSA! I found the device to be very easy to use and the 20 minutes passes pretty quickly. I was very diligent about using it every day for the first 6 weeks and had ramped up to the maximum of 15 by the end of the second week. I continue to use it 3-4 times a week and will continue this routine.

After time spent in the military and my body not working as well as it could, i was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I didn't realize it for years but apparently I could snore loud enough to wake myself up and no one else could really sleep either. After following the initial instructions, my sleep has improved (at least I'm not getting elbowed by the wife and told to stop snoring now). I just got my second mouthpiece and intend to keep using this product for a long time.

I think the important part is that it takes time and the results are gradual. My wife wasn’t sure it was working so I stopped and then within a week she said I need to start again. It was working. Don’t worry about remembering to do it, your spouse will remind you. And keep at it.
Highly recommend it
I was diagnose with mild sleep apnea. I used to have attacks at nights with the feeling of not breathing, some attacks very scary. I did try several CPAP machines but didn't work out for me , actually made it worse. I was recommended eXciteOSA device during a sleep study for 6 months. A big positive change for me. I don't experience these attacks anymore and sleep much better. Definitely recommend it.

The exciteOSA has been a game changer for me. Before I received this device, I didn't use my other machine. Too bulky, noisy and very uncomfortable. It would kick my anxiety level into high mode. The exciteOSA I can do the treatment any time of day or night. I've even forgotten to get it done, and did my treatment while driving. I'm still not sleeping longer (that's my anxiety) but I'm sleeping more soundly and my snoring has decreased.
Tired of the conventional CPAP
Tired of the conventional CPAP. ExciteOSA is the best new technology , cutting edge stimulation therapy proven to build muscle endurance. My representative Chase was not only with me through the process but intelligent and thoughtful initiating the treatment. Eric H.

I am a frequent snorer and am I (and most significantly, my wife!) are grateful for the eXciteOSA to help with this problem. The device is elegantly simple in design--requiring regular 20 minute sessions during the waking hours to increase the tone in your lingual/pharyngeal muscles to minimize nighttime obstruction. The device can be used easily while reading, watching TV, or even walking the dog. The only challenge I found was some difficulty getting the device to pair with the app on my phone, resulting in me missing opportunities to use it and meet my goals. Sometimes this seemed to be due to inadequate charge, but other times it just didn't work. The chat feature was responsive, however, and at times it was remedied by downloading a new version of the app. Although I never quite hit the recommendations for initial use, my wife reports an improvement in my snoring as long as I use it for some maintenance. The other caveat for users to be aware of is that eXciteOSA's business model (backed up by their FDA approval) requires selling a new mouthpiece (for almost $100 apiece, even after the discount) every 90 days. It may be worth it, but it's definitely not a one-time sunk cost.
It is indeed a life changing device
I've been using eXciteOSA for the last 3 months and I must say it really helps improving the quality of your sleeping. I wake up more energised and I don't need CPAP anymore. The therapy is easy to do, you can do it while whatching a film or TV.
