Yes, my experience was really good. My results after the initial 42 sessions is that I now sleep, or it feels like I sleep for longer periods of time. Where I was waking every hour or hour and a half, it feels like I am sleeping peacefully for 3 to 4 hours at a time. And I can usually fall back asleep pretty quickly. In the past, I would have to get up and read a book or something. My husband says I don't snore (or just breathe heavily) as often. I will continue to use the eXciteOSA 3 to 5 times a week to maintain what I have achieved.

I’ve been using my mouth piece since 2021 and my sleeping has improved! After the initial strengthening of my tongue the program suggests to do it twice a week. I’ve found this doesn’t work for me. It has to be at least 3 times a week to keep up the progress. I can also tell when I’ve been slacking with the treatment, because my tongue sits differently in my mouth. The customer service has been great anytime I needed to contact them. They have been more than helpful and prompt when answering any of my questions.

Having been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, I began using the eXciteOSA device on March 17, 2023. After 60 days of consistent daily use, my results weren't as good as expected. Life Changing device! In April 2023 I went to my endocrinologist because I was not sleeping at night, extremely exhausted during the day and generally miserable.
