I ordered a 3 bay racking system for my garage. It arrived promptly and well packaged. I watched the assembly video on the web site which was very helpful. The racking was very well made had all the strength that I required. Assembly was simple I was able put together 1 bay in 45 minutes. I would recommend this system.

really good sturdy quality,,bought the slightly larger size for the garage and it perfect,,bought 2 and have plenty of space left to fill. good and easy to erect and well worth the money.. dont be tempted to by cheaper shelving off line go straight for these,,you wont regret it

Delivered on time and as promised. My only slight complaint was that I only discovered you really need two people to build the shelves from the instructions after they had arrived.

Excellent product - easy to put together- remember to give a little tap and check position is correct - had to correct a few times but easy enough

My order of shelves was delivered as advised. Tufferman kept in contact from the start. I unpacked the shelves I had ordered for my workshop. Started assembling the shelves, which after working out methods to make life easier for one person to assemble, they became easier to put together. I found certain parts of the framework slightly bent, requiring realignment to make assembly easier. The tab assembly method could be quite tricky to to get together accurately, using a small flat blade screwdriver helped. Once assembled the units were quite sturdy, and when linked together, even more so. The linking clips were missing from my original order, but on contacting the manufacturer, they were dispatched quickly. Overall the shelves fulfilled my requirements.

Product is probably fine, but it would have been far better if only it had arrived. Despite two emails from the courier DX telling me delivery was due in a 10hour window, nothing arrived. I then spent another day on email and phone trying to get a suitable resolution, sadly without success. Now waiting for a refund. On the positive side the ladies on the customer service phones are very nice. Re-ordered the same product from Amazon and had it next day, delivered by FedEx. Don't waste your time with this company, go to those who can deliver what they say, when they say.

My order arrived damaged and with parts missing. I have asked to return for a refund as per the advertised refund policy on the website but they will not allow me to so I have been forced to contact Trading Standards. I would not recommend this company. AVOID. In response to your reply, the law entitles me to a refund see: Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am also still waiting for the promised telephone call and responses to my latest emails...
