6 the delivery man didn't even ring the door bell or knock on my door.it was a heavy delivery so I shouted him back .he then put the shelving into my garage.

Great communication with customer service. Good product, assembly straightforward and seems robust. Wait to see if MDF shelves attract mould as garage is dry. Courier (DHL) reliability very bad, so much so that Tufferman refunded delivery charge!

Purchased a new set of 5 tier shelving units for my workshop, this is the second set i've had and i'm very happy. A fantastic product that is easy to assemble and very well priced for what I need.

I placed an order on Monday 6 x plastic boxes with lids. One of the boxes was split & a lid missing.The aftercare was absolutely brilliant.Rang up on the Wednesday replacement of 1 x box & lid being delivered tomorrow. Excellent service & good products I would order again from them.

I ordered 3x1600x450 shelves, and they cost me nearly £260. Considering that the quality of the product is pretty basic, I feel this is too much for what you get. It's easy to get distracted by the headline offers and not appreciate that the other products are not similarly discounted.

The online ordering was straightforward and simple and the delivery within two days right on time.
