Ordered 4 large storage boxes, unfortunately when I opened the packaging (cardboard box) all 4 boxes and lids were damaged. I then advised Tufferman of the issue, Jessica responded next working day and offered me either replacements or my money back, which I took the replacements. Great customer care , Great products unfortunately transport packaging is poor.

Speedy delivery. Racks could do with some fitting instructions. Once fitted sturdy.

The unit seems solid and good. Easy to put together . Now the part I’m not particularly pleased with is , it was supposed to be 48” by 24” . The overall dimensions are not that at all . I picked this because of the supposed size

Delivery quick but strangely in 2 parts. Instructions are best ignored unless you have 4 people doing it. Pre-assembly of “H frames” pointless as the cross beams will fall out when attaching to legs. Item not as robust as hoped for but will hopefully stand up to the light use in a domestic garage. Steel frame is thin so handle with care. MDF shelves very thin (1/4”).

Great product, really simple to put together & took no time. Sorted my garage right out (only been meaning to do it for 9 years!) & now not only can we find stuff but we also have a load of more space to get in/out.

Ordered 10 boxes, bottom one on the stack was badly damaged when it arrived.
