A few breakages but very quickly resolved and the replacements all arrived in one piece. Great company and great quality product

I needed to sort out my pigsty of a garage so ordered the 3xVRS shelving set with 8 60L plastic tubs. The order was delivered on time, but I noticed the top corner of one of the plastic tubs was broken, even though the packaging looked ok, but I suspect this was transit damage. I emailed Tufferman just to let let them know and they advised I check the rest of the delivery to see if there were any other issues. I assembled all the shelving over the weekend, and it was all in perfect condition. I emailed them back to let them know, but also to state I really wasn't bothered about a replacement tub, as it's only for garage storage and it seemed a bit daft to send out just one box and waste all that delivery fuel. I was surprised when Grace from customer services immediately issued a partial refund for the damaged box for goodwill. That is what I call great customer service, as I did not expect anything. The product itself is good quality and easy enough to assemble if you follow the instructions, and Tufferman customer service is top notch. I will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Comprehensive information on the website and the shelving arrived on time and safely intact. There was also a helpful video to aid the assembly of the shelving.

Simple to place the order online. Product arrived swiftly and intact. Shelving easy to assemble although the feet are quite hard plastic so care needs to be taken when pitting them into place as two of mine split. That said, the shelving is brilliant.
