These are fabulous swimsuits. I live in Caribbean and wear them every weekend and they are just fab. The colour stays well in the strong sun, the fit is great and the quality is super. These are the only bikinis I wear!
my white onepiece swimsuit became…
my white onepiece swimsuit became YELLOW in 5 days. I bought via farfetch italy a white onepiece, paid it 160 euros, used for 10 days at the beach (not every day of course) and always made sure it didn't get direct sun when wet. Of course being it a SWIMSUIT i went in the sea with it and sunbathed. Well, it turned yellow rather quickly and nothing seemed to stop its deterioration. I asked for a response to Hunza G which asked me to speak to the vendor being that i bought it through Farfetch, in the end they sent me one line without explanations saying that it was my fault it turned out yellow. Appalling! I spent 160 euros for a costume i have to THROUGH IN THE TRASH. I expected to be refunded and to be cared for instead of such an appalling customer care AND PRODUCT. It must be made of ridiculous materials if it gets ruined after such a little time.
Liars, and stupid
Bought a swimsuit through a merchant, worn a handful of times and it’s gone faulty. No response from the merchant so contacted Hunza G, who appear to be a bit thick in some of their responses, requiring a lot of repetition, not substantiating their wild claims (lies) and generally getting nowhere. Eventually made some progress but it seems once again they have simply lied. Avoid this brand, expensive for nothing but poor quality products and awful, lying service.

Have now filed a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company, failing that, it’ll be small claims court.
Nonchalant and disinterested staff.
Well the phones are rarely answered. On the odd occasion when they are, the staff are very nonchalant and disinterested but at least not rude. They don't call you back and the stock is made to order so there is no held stock so they really don't seem interested in the customer's time frame just their own. Comes across as a business run as a hobby when it suits the ladies to be in. Pity it is a nice product but they don't really seem that interested in making sales if it requires any effort. A couple of years ago when I ordered the attitude was very different. A real shame.
