Lost money and lower quality :(

I orderd a swimsuit but the checkout feature kept automatically changing my credit card even when manually switched. Ultimately it charged the wrong card (in CAD) where I took a hit on currency. Customer service supported a switch but rather than cancel issued a credit so the difference was lost. This also delayed the order in the end without saving the currency so I couldnt bring the suits on the trip. considering returning as the quality is also lesser than the last time I purchased one, not sure it will hold up very well. Updated to remove a star because I got a reply that basically told me there was nothing they could do (please note the currency issue was communicated as cancelled not a credit which would have made the difference), also I was told "don't worry about the quality" instead of you asking why I felt it was lower quality. No reply would have been better than this strange defensive position. Overall customer service leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Great customer service!!!

I had ordered 2 products from Hunza G last year and had issues with one product recently. I reached out to the team at Hunza G and received great help, they were quick to respond and helped me out efficiently. I will definitely continue to buy from this brand.

I have long admired Hunza G's designs and am so excited to have finally made the purchase of my dream swimsuit!! The quality of the materials is unparalleled, the fit is so comfortable and flattering, and it's an overall wonderful suit that I could wear all day long!! Faultless customer service experience

I have just had to email Hunza G regarding some faults with my swimming costume going see through, and they have been prompt and efficient with handling my issues. Ruby has organised a replacement costume to be sent to Australia already. This process has been hassle free and I’m looking forward to receiving the replacement piece. This is company that backs itself and I can’t fault my experience to date. Thank you
