I bought an Alen air purifier because it was the only one available on Amazon at the time, but I really lucked out. This is a FANTASTIC machine. Great value.
These are really high quality air…
These are really high quality air purifiers that blow away every other purifier I have owned. I have a high allergy to pollen and can definitely feel the difference. They are much more quiet than the other purifiers I have owned. I love how you can see the color ring change so you know it is working, and the auto mode keeps the air always perfect. You can also download the app and see the graph for the exact air quality at any time.
This company is the WORST
This company is the WORST! They do not have the size of the filters on their website. And i can't make heads or tails out of which one will fit my machine. I ordered the wrong filter multiple times because i can't tell which one fits my machine. I can't get through on the phone. the chat is a stupid robot that cant answer my question. The email seems to go to a robot and I cant get an answer for the correct filter replacement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
DEFECTIVE 2x
Purchased the I-75 last year and upon arrival, when plugging it in, it was defective. I returned it and cancelled the subscription for the filter. I just received a filter for that device I no longer own. Had to call customer service to get a Return label. Never received it via email so called again. This took 30 mins on the phone .. ABSURD! Thought I'd give them another chance... I took advantage of the BOGO deal and purchased 2 devices... One of them is DEFECTIVE AGAIN! So whatever you purchase full price or discounted, I'm 100% getting a defective item. Who does quality control here? This device has no remote control, and the app sucks. Customer service agents are a hit or miss. I'll pass
Top notch product and service
Our Alen Air Purifier suddenly stopped working after an electrical power surge. We called the company and a tech had us try several things to start it again. Nothing helped. He asked how long we had had it and we thought 5 years. He looked us up in their system and discovered it was 8 years old. After checking our information he told up to expect a replacement, after Independence Day. Amazingly it arrived today, less than a week from calling. Please understand this was still covered under the warranty, that the technician was extremely helpful and concerned and we have always been delighted with the unit's preformance. I highly recommend this company and their product.

I haven’t even plugged the product in yet, but I had to review the company right away. So far, this experience has been phenomenal! I haven’t had customer service like this in quite some time! I received multiple emails keeping me updated on the progress. It even arrived sooner than I expected. I appreciate their dedication to an excellent customer experience.
Alen - Outstanding Purifiers and Company!
We purchased a unit directly from Alen Corp about 5 years ago. The unit had an issue with the fan speed. Alen Corp simply had us send a photo of the unit and a cut cord. A replacement is being shipped out asap. We have loved and used our until almost daily since its purchase! Love these purifiers and Alen customer service is outstanding!!!

Alen's BreatheSmart technology delivers as advertised.
I originally purchased the BreatheSmart Air Purifier early January to help reduce allergens, dust, and pet dander. After several weeks of use reduction in dust and dander was quite noticeable (dusting became a weekly rather than a daily occurrence). I don't yet have any benchmark regarding the effectiveness of the allergen control. I'm sure that will come as we enter allergy season.
