I started a course on Medical Terminology and I did not need the course anymore due to an accreditation problem. They were able to refund me fully for the course, even though it was weeks later. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had.

A & P course is challenging, but possible to do well if you are willing to work at understanding in depth information. Must be a self disciplined and self starter to do well with on line courses. A lot of reading and few videos. Most of the tests are not impossible, but you are given several tries to get it right. Ran into several questions that I thought were misleading, but that's par for the course even in a classroom test. Overall I am pleased with the course. I feel like I'm learning heaps of valuable information. Thank you Corexcel for offering an affordable course.

Efficient and effective way to get feedback

I have done a lot of these in my life and I would say the ease of getting the products from Corexcel was very good. I would recommend for individuals and large companies depending your specific needs.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ, PROBLEM HAS SINCE BEEN RESOLVED. original review was ** "i was on the phone for almost 1 hour pushed through to 3 different people who all could not help me. Even though when you sign up it says you will get a certificate." ** Since leaving negative feedback with Trust Pilot, I was contacted by the VP of operations Don B. The next business day with a phone call, Email with my Certificate, AND a paper copy in priority 2 day mail headed my way. Not to mention a gift card. Also a long letter explaining everything on the probable mix up that had occurred, and sincere apology. The mix up was at no fault of Corexcel and was due to the publishing company called Cengage and possibly a computer glitch between Corexcel and publishing company Cengage. Unknowingly, i initially called Cengage because their contact info is in the course content and not Corexcels contact info and me being under a severe time crunch, All of which i discussed with Don B, which they are working on to correct. I hate writing bad reviews and i'm really glad that i was able to talk to Don B. and discuss the matter. I have not had a better experience with ANY company on how forthcoming with the want/need to correct and resolve a issue a customer has had. Not to mention a gift card as a added sincere apology. I highly recommend Corexcel courses to anybody that needs certain courses to continue their education. Also i am happy to upgrade my original rating. Thanks again !!

Thank you for a great learning experience. I found Corexcel's course to be easy to keep up with and not discouraging in the least. The material was easy to understand and the format fit the schedule I needed.
