Excellent itinerary and travel arrangements. We had THE most wonderful time, and enjoyed all the accommodation which was way beyond our greatest expectations! All arrangements worked perfectly except for some minor variations to pick-up times listed on tour vouchers. All booked excursions were most interesting, very well conducted by very pleasant and knowledgeable tour guides. Excursion to Sabi Sabi Camp was exceptional, staff at Camp were magnificent especially our Ranger who made every effort to find the largest range of animals for us to view during our stay. All in all a first class experience.

We were lucky as we were in a small group of seven - eight people, thru out our tour which had 3 parts to it. Everything included in the itinerary was there including the level of accommodation .The two stand out accomodations were Hunters Hill lodge and Camp Kazuma both have outstanding customer service. Jacko and his staff at Camp K were interactive with the guests and a special mention to Garry our safari drive guide and Beer (yes that was his name who was a spotter for Garry, found a pride of 12 lions and drinks waiter as well ). The tour guides were great Rory was coloured and a nice guy who liked cricket, Lutendo the second driver was African more serious but extremely passionate about his country. The trip was great and everything flowed along just about perfectly. My one critisicm was on day three it was an afternoon sightseeing of Cape town. The driver never showed up until 2.00pm and that afternoon was rushed. Would recommend Bench.

Hanna is brilliant. Very reliable. Very honest. Very helpful. Always gets back to you. Covers all the small details, which I like. Previous trips have made Hanna very knowledgable. Hanna has a passion and wants to do a good job for the client and the employer. A NOTE FOR BENCH ADMIN: Beside each tour, please include a little map so potential clients know where they will go. When we first went to Hanna, I had a weak to mild understanding of Africa. Little maps for each tour, + a larger handout map of the overall area you operate in would be really good. The best map I have found is 'the Africa Adventure Company SAFARI PLANNING MAP.

I spent two weeks in Tanzania in February, travelling from Australia with my sister who lives in Canada. With little idea of what we needed to do and see I left it to Bench to plan something for us within a certain budget. Neither my sister nor I really knew what to expect. What we got, so far exceeded our expectations, that neither of us have stopped blabbing on about it to anyone we can pin down! The organisation was excellent, the accommodations were great (and some amazing), the people warm, welcoming and joyful. We opted to go on a tailor made safari so that we chose our own itinerary, and if you have the option, this is the way to go. It means that you can follow your own interests, and not be bound by someone else's timetable, and many times we saw others leaving viewing points after a short look, and we saw so much more unfold because we could choose to stay and watch! Thank you Bench International for suggesting this option. Our Leopard tours guide was amazing and by the time we finished we felt like family! Go to Africa if you possibly can, and trust Bench International to arrange things for you.

As a travel agent I deal with a lot of different companies and itineraries and an Africa trip is never easy to book but Bench International make every thing about Africa easy. Hi Hilary Just wanted to thank you for organising a great trip to Namibia and Botswana. They were two great countries to do together – such contrasts. Namibia is desert and scrubby – Botswana so lush and water everywhere. The self drive in Namibia was fun and a good change. Then back to full service in Botswana. We spent lots of time with wild dogs and leopards in Botswana (yes you well and truly met the wild dog brief!) and cheetahs, rhino and lions in Namibia. Of course zebra, antelope, warthogs and birds were everywhere!! We also enjoyed all the lodges that you suggested and had a upgrade at Okinjima to the Bush Suite which was special.
