We had a wonderful African trip with Bench International. We were touring Kenya and Tanzania. We met our guides on two separate legs without any hassle. And the guides were great especially when one became ill and had to get a replacement. We only had to share with one other couple so had almost one on one attention. And we saw the Big Five. The only hiccup was we arrived a day early due to flight options and this wasn't communicated to the hotel who sent a driver to meet us. We missed out on a sight seeing trip due to the mixup. But all up it was a great trip.

Bench International organised a comprehensive itinerary for us throughout Africa. Every part of our adventure was organised to perfection. Should we be lucky enough to return to Africa we will be booking through Bench International.

Everything was fantastic, the informative guides, exceptional accommodation and great food. in two camps in Okavango Delta and Chobe.

Hilary planned the most increible honeymoon for us! She made the planning process enjoyable and easy, which is a blessing when you're in the middle of organising a wedding. Her suggestions on accommodation and destinations were excellent and everything was flawlessly planned - we did not have a single hiccup for the whole honeymoon!

We took all our family, total 10 adults, and 10 grandchildren (ages 4 to 11) on safari to South Africa last August. Julie de Palo put together an amazing eight days for us. Two Lodges, Ants Hill in Limpopo Province and Etali near the Botswana border. Both places exceeded our expectations: locale, facilities, staff, food, wines, all were 1st class. Then there were the animals! Wow we saw the Big 5 and so many more. Little people loved the 'up close and personal' horse riding adventures each day at Ant's Hill. And Etali game drives wonderful and guides so informative. We couldn't fault the whole experience and all of us have vowed to return!!

Bench were great in helping me plan my African holiday. Their depth of experience allowed them to make recommendations based on what I was looking for, and the trip itself was everything they promised and more. There were a number of connections required during the journey, and each one occurred flawlessly.

We even had a drama with lost documents while we were away and they were in contact with us the whole time. We cant wait for our next trip with Bench. The lodges and the camp were great and very comfortable. The driver guide was also very knowledeable which heightened our safari experience. The suggestions given by Maria was spot on and as a result we were in the area where there were millions of animals migrating. Overall it was a fantastic tour and I will not hesitate to recommend Bench to my family & friends.

We booked a safari to Botswana with Bench International, I sent out requests to several providers and decided to go with Bench because of their personal, prompt and professional responses. They provide several options within our budget and requirements in relation to food, accommodation and what we wanted to see. The trip far exceeded our expectations.

She listened to what we needed and helped us organise the most wonderful trip, going exactly where we wanted to go, with all the dots joined up. All the little details were attended to, Maria got back to us promptly and we really felt we had personal attention. We don't usually organise trips through agents but this is one exception I'd be happy to make again!
