Easy to contact and talk too work carried out as said good price and service all around would use again

Failed to turn up two times for assessment of property for solar panels. No response to my email after the second no show. Avoid. ADDENDUM TO THEIR RESPONSE BELOW: No, thank you -I will not waste more time dealing with your company.

The team came out to visit prior to undertaking the work to assess what was possible. I was impressed by both the experience and expertise of the staff, and their willingness to understand my current position - one of renovation. The 2 man team who arrived to undertake the work were excellent - punctual and pleasant, and their work was clean and tidy. The finished job was excellent. I would be happy to use them again

Consultant Andy gave me a quote before Christmas, which I found acceptable. He said my pipes and radiators looked suitable and wouldn't need replacing. I duly submitted his quote to the Energy Savings Trust for approval, overriding a previous company the EST had approved. Yesterday, Andy gave me another quote, after the Green Homes Surveyor paid a visit (2 hours late with no notification). Now Andy is telling me I DO need all radiators and pipes replaced, which will add over £5k more to the quote!!! Why's he even quoting when he's not qualified to do so!! Grrr!

A boiler Was installed and it was found that one radiator was not working after weeks of emails and no response an engineer turned up no appointment he decided pipe work mods were required that was weeks ago after further emails and no response I am still waiting there customer service is rubbish Do not use this company

Green Home Systems installed a Heat Pump in our property. It was not a straight forward install as we did not have a wet system in place, so the house underwent ‘open heart surgery’. The team did a great job, always letting us know what was going on, and tidied up after every day. They did a fantastic job. For the first time since we moved in two years ago, the house has an even heat in every room, so for now the system seems to be working well!

Was concerned about having insulation work done as I live alone, but after speaking with initially with Meghan GHS I was provided with all information before I committed to the work. She explained my options concisely and costs & rough timescales for the work required to insulate my very cold terraced house. The work I required was carried out through local government funding and a grant from Homes Energy Scotland. All works from survey done to cavity wall/loft & underfloor insulation were carried out timeously professionally and with curtesy by skilled, polite, well groomed workmen to my satisfaction. Yes there was some clearing up to do after cavity wall installation, but understandable given the nature of the job. Office staff and managers of different sections were polite and helpful when I made contact with them during and after completion of the job and I received after request paper copy documents of all work completed for my file. Great company with a great team and would highly recommend them & I feel the benefit as the house keeps it's heat.

The sales team communicated regularly. A site visit was made by the technical team due to the nature of my installation. The install team were polite, and the quality of their work was excellent and where they had any concerns they discussed options immediately with me. The finished installation standard is some of the best work I have seen in over 40 years.
