I primarily dealt with Andrew from sales and he was easy to get in touch with and always called back. David, one of the installers, kindly called me a few weeks prior to install to discuss the job as he had reviewed pictures I had sent. The guys (Calum & David) arrived on time and gave me a call 45 mins before arriving. Both very polite and assessed the job themselves as there was no survey done prior to install due to my location. Talked me through exactly what they were going to do, as well as answered my questions about the job - both very knowledgeable and helpful. Carried out the job perfectly and ensured all vents were covered with wire brush to save the insulation beads covering my vents in my crawl space. I went under the house with Calum and he was happy to show me what he had done to cover the vents. Wouldn’t have known they were here when they left - left my property exactly as they found it, cleaned up after themselves and were happy to chat to me about other improvements I can make to my home before they left. They even matched the mortar to fill the holes to the colour of my external walls. A bit of back and forth between myself and sales to sort out the final invoice to reflect the total area insulated which was less than the quoted area, but again the team were prompt in getting back to me and sorted it out. Cannot fault the team whatsoever. Thanks so much again for the excellent service and workmanship.

Friendly, highly professional team and installed underfloor insulation for us. They made sure to take pictures to show the work they had done and issued the certificate, guarantee, insurance and invoice the same day as the installation was complete. Very impressed!

From begining to end everyone we talked too was friendly, helpful and efficient. Any questions or issues along the way we're quickly dealt with. There was a slight delay because of the weather but the work was quickly rescheduled a few days later. On the day the chaps worked quickly , were polite and pleasant and left no mess. After being let down by another company we are very glad we found Green Home Systems and would recommend them to anyone.

Great job. We had unusually difficult access to our rear wall due to an extension, but the team persevered and found time to come out a second time to complete the work. The local manager and installers were determined to get it done right, and were professional throughout. Good customer service.

Outstanding / top marks / what a team. I used Green Homes for internal wall insulation and the team were brilliant from start to finish. Would have no issues using them in the future. After a few issues with another company I had in for the floor insulation, this team helped restore my faith in tradesmen. They did the work to a high standard and left me extremely impressed. They told me what work was out standing or what snagging had still to be done. Cleaned up after themselves and focused on doing a perfect job and making sure i was happy with the completed work. Stevie and Boab done most of the work. Great wee double act and it was easy to chat and get a laugh with them. True asset to Green Homes this wee team. Spoke to Callum a few times and again nothing was an issue. Plasterer they sent was great also. Great value for money also. Won a watch with this service. Only regret was not using them for the floor insulation!

I'm quite a fussy customer but am really impressed with this company. They were really courteous from the outset and delivered what they said they would in a professional manner. The installation guys did a great job with our cavity wall insulation and were thorough in tidying up behind them.

Unbelievable experience! So efficient and friendly. I live on the Isle of Arran so complications with ferries etc but they coordinated the teams and the heating system was installed within 3 days. Amazing service.

Firstly had a cistern repaired and i was so impressed had Mark back to put in mixer taps. This company is both professional in their customer care/communication and very efficient. Mark is of an approachable cheerful lad, nothing too much bother. I would highly recommend this company. They will now be my go to plumbers.
