Fast delivery, quick customer support replies and very helpful staff. Haven’t used my new bought gear yet but it looks well made. Hopefully it will keep me dry on the slopes!

Unfortunately tried numerous times to make a purchase via debit and credit cards (multiple cards..), and even through bank account transfers with their payment instructions, and still no luck! For some reason it’s hard for them to include Serbia in payment system ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sehr schöne Ware, auch die Lieferzeiten waren Top, nur das Retournieren ist ein wenig umständlich und muss man selbst bezahlen, auch wenn man nur einen Grössenumtausch macht.

I loved the jacket I bought, came packed all great. BUT, the delivery service was terrible. DPD service. I was suposed to get the package on 6th of Dec. I got it delivered (not to the address I wanted, but to the other neighbourhood) on 10th. So please change the courier service because in Croatia they are terrible.

The dpd is making your company look bad. Although I saw that you sent the product as soon as possible to the delivery agency, they haven't updated no status no nothing. I'm just watching the days go by. So when you asked me how the experience was, what experience?
