I did not recieve my purchase. Delivery company does not answer. SCAM.

I ordered a boardbag and a few months ago a snowboard jacket. Both times the product quality was good and the stuff was delivered within 1-3 workdays.

The customer service from Horsefeathers is great. The team is very responsive and helpful in solving each question and problem. My new jacket was delivered relatively quickly (Christmas time) and it exceeded my expectations!

I bought a jacket and the design is cool and the material seems durable but i was bit dissappointed to know that some products are made in Asia. I prefer locally made items.

I've ordered two jackets, for my wife and me. Unfortunately, mine was wrong size. Actually on the paper label the size was correct, but on the jacket not. However, after I had send message to them about the wrong size, they immediately apologized and ordered new delivery to take the jacket with wrong size and send me the one which I've ordered. Thank you so much! Today I got the jacket with the right size, so my planned snowboard riding going to be in the new jacket :)
