FAKE COSMELAN 2 Smelt of mould and so dark in colour! Asked for a refund and this UNRELIABLE MEDICARE will not refund us!!! Disgusting behaviour!!!

I am writing this review as commercial director of mesoestetic UK. Please let me inform any potential customer of reliable Medicare that this company is not an approved seller of our products. They will not even reply to my correspondence when I ask them where they source products from which is very concerning. I receive daily questions about the authenticity of our products bought from this customer and as they do not purchase from us, we can't verify the authenticity of any product. It is up to reliable medicare to do this, and you should ask them for proof of authenticity before purchasing or check with the manufacturer. Some of our products they supply are intended for professional or medical use only, and they can be very dangerous if used incorrectly or applied to the wrong skin. This is very unethical. I have left a number of reviews trying to inform consumers about this customer, but trustpilot keep removing them at reliable medicare's request, which makes me questions how many other reviews they remove to prevent consumers seeing genuine feedback. Today, I received this email from another of their customers. This is typical of the regular complaints we receive from customers who have purchased from this unauthorised seller customer complaint - 12th December 2024 Hi, I am aware of a company selling the cosmelan peel kit at a very cheap price I purchased a set from them last year and I remember my face reacted very badly to it. Also I never peeled which was unusual. I asked them last week via email about the authenticity of the products they are selling and they replied almost their cosmelan products are genuine. I am not convinced.; I would like to contact Trading standards about them. I can forward you the companies details and email response .The company's name is Reliable Medicare and they gave multiple addresses apparently. Please can you verify if the products are genuine because they are selling them at a very low price and it seems to true to be good plus I had a severe reaction to the kit which I never had before with cosmelan
