Finally on the 3rd time I could make an order and system passed my payment. Each item in my order was good and as much as I expected! DHL delivery to the door. But I gave 4 stars because therefore, when my first two payment was not accepted, they charged me a commission and the money was not returned to the account in full. I asked customer service to resolve the money issue by giving me a discount on a related purchase. But so far this question has not been answered. Unfortunately I couldn’t ordered from your website 2 times. Every time for some reasons your system reject my payment. If you would help me to solve this problem I definitely will change my review . Thank you.

I paid for next day delivery and I was home all day, and the DHL driver said that he attempted the delivery and that no one was home. Nobody rung my doorbell, so this is a lie. I'm very disappointed that I paid next day delivery just to have to until after the weekend to get my delivery.
