لو كان هناك اقل من نجمة واحدة كنت وضعتها لهم اسوء موقع تعاملت معه أكثر من مرة يرسلوا لي منتجات بالخطأ وانا اتحمل الخسارة وفي آخر طلب الان لم يصلني المنتج وقد أعاد لهم الجمارك البضاعة ورغم ذلك رافضين عودة اموالي لاانصح بالتعامل معهم

Product missing authentication tags but was rectified
I ordered Biologique Recherche Serum and the first one came without authentication tags. I sent a complain and they eventually said I have to return them the product (after many emails). They then sent me another one which has the authentication tags. For me, the return process is complicated and not straight forward. I am ordering a new one to see if they would send the original product with authentication tags this time without having to go through rounds of emails and return. Make sure whatever you received is sealed.

Beware Cosmelan 2 cream is not authentic
I also want to concur with the previous customer’s experience of buying the cosmelan 2 and melan recovery cream. The cosmelan 2 cream is definately very different from the authentic cream. The colour is much darker and stains. There is also a distinct variance in the cream label when i compared the 2. I have only just opened mine, having bought it before my other jar finished. I would like a refund as this is unacceptable. I have had s response from the company since, with no explanation about the variance in colour or labelling, despite sending photos. I would advise caution when ordering this product. Further to the response received below from the Company (which in my view is superficial). The customer service team assisted in manner of asking for proof of the item with codes and sell buy date. Colour difference may not be conclusive that the item is not authentic, but that does not explain the staining that neither myself or the other customer had. The excuse for the labelling varying did not appear plausible in my view. Staining has never happened with the cream sourced elsewhere. They did not recall the item to investigate or test ot properly or themselves query the batch with the supplier- which would have been the right thing to do in order to fully investigate. Instead the “customer assistance” i received was them responded by saying that as i had opened the item they were not prepared to refund or replace. How is this an investigation? The expression customer service and customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority. As stated before, i would advise that if you are spending so much money on skincare, please be cautious. There is great wisdom in the expression you get what you pay for.
