Great product

Disappointed with the lack of results from the Cosmelan peel on my client, raising doubts about product authenticity and quality. Despite prompt communication, the supplier's request for images, unattainable due to product disposal, hindered problem resolution. This, coupled with the inability to address post-application issues, undermines trust. Suggested contacting the manufacturer directly for resolution. As an aesthetics practitioner, product efficacy is pivotal; this experience has left me questioning their reliability. I emailed Mesoestetic asking for the product and this is an email I received from them: 'Just to confirm we do not supply Reliable medicare with any products. We do not know where they source mesoestetic products from and they will not tell us. This means the products may not be genuine or may have been sourced from non-approved suppliers as mesoestetic have a policy not to supply online retailers with professional products. This company will sell to anybody without any checks about professional qualifications and this can be dangerous.' Reliable Medicare seems not to take it seriously and gaslight me with their answers trying to prove their products are legit.

Poor customer service focus and retention. I placed an order on Dec 14 for £82.94. The order was delivered on Dec 15. The salicylic acid had only a 1-year expiry date. I placed another order on Dec 15, which I collected in 1 hour for £133.00. These products have longer expiry dates 2-3 years. I emailed and called the company saying the total was £215.94. Their website mentioned a special offer 'place an order over £150 and receive 3 free gifts'. I politely asked them if they would honour this offer even though the orders were just one day apart. Any company that values its customers and repeat business would have made an effort to accommodate this request or at least tried. I was bluntly told no. You could say it's company policy to only provide this offer if you spend over £150 in a single transaction. Where is the empathy, human touch and customer satisfaction? even when I collected the order. Previous reviews highlight a similar and worrying trend. I paid for next-day delivery and the 2nd order I collected. All products were well packaged. When receiving your orders please check the expiry dates and be 110% sure when placing your order because of the poor aftercare customer service. Very disappointed.

Good supplier with good prices and time

I’m reading the bad reviews and I really don’t understand, are they selling fake products ? Well there I go with my review: I’ve brought few products from reliable medicare and I’m very happy with the results, for me they are real and I have loads of experience with what I use ! Fillers and peelings etc I have nothing to complain really and I love the price and how first they send their products by DHL to me :)
