Don’t buy from them, they are selling fake products. I even don’t want to give them 1 star , i did because of fast delivery. And they don’t give any refund back. Please report them . I ordered mesoestetic cosmelan 2 and other products. When I opened i saw it has different colour than my previous tub. Then I applied it on my face and it stings and gave me burning sensation which I didn’t get from my previous 2 tubs. I did complaint them and they didn’t want to refund me any money. So please please please don’t buy from them. Don’t put your lovely faces at risk . Then i bought from my specialist and that tub has different colour. They did claim their product comes from eu supplier and different from uk supplier but they sell counterfeit products. Please trust on negative reviews.

I’ve ordered a cream, but somehow unknowingly transaction got repeated 2 more times, so I’ve received 3 separate packages and obviously was charged 3 times. The company said that there policy was not allowing returns (not thinking that I paid 3 times for DHL shipping), and they can’t do much. On insisting that it was not my fault and it was very bad customer service they said that they would look into it and contact me, which didn’t happen. In the end, I contacted Amex and they were very helpful!
