I have not had a good experience as a client, I have had a couple of inconveniences as a client. I am still waiting for a response from some money that I have in my favor.

Very fast and efficient with a great range of products. Postage to Australia is a little expensive but worth the convenience of a reliable service.

Ordered and paid next day delivery, had delivery the next day for the wrong item, called up, and was told to send a picture for proof, sent a photo and they said they would arrange for it to be collected on Monday and I should order and pay again if I needed the item, told them I wasn't willing to do that as it was over £170 and was told they'll have to wait to get the wrong product back before they can send out my paid for order! Asked to speak to a manager; non-available, then asked for their complaints procedure, firstly I was ignored when I asked again I was told they don't have one. Asked them to send me my product as I had paid for it and they can have the other item collected, I was told they weren't willing to do that in case I didn't send back the wrong product! I DO NOT appreciate being made out to be untrustworthy. I am now still without my product 2 days after they collected the wrong product, no dispatch email, no communication, no offer of a refund for the next-day delivery I paid for, and no product!
