Sent Sculptra and Teosyal without boxes!! Looks like FAKE!

Ordered 7 items from you, 2 of them, and the most expensive i received without boxes! W** is this?! How can u send such face fillers without boxes?! I cant use them, cause I cant be sure if they are genuine or not, i dont have any boxes to check it! Besides, the culture of cosmetology demands to show the sealed box of filler, to open it near ur customer, and give the box to ur client if she needs to check it! I demand refund or you send new ones in a proper boxes!

I had an order for 225£, sent to the wrong address( their mistake , not my)and after 3 months with case DHL they write me email ( i call and email all day ) “sorry for the inconvenience, we refund you 21£ ”. for the inconvenience? are you joking? I was left without money without product!customer service don't help at all! Customer service their mistake they don't help, and don't solve problems at all! they left me without my money
