I placed an order worth over £500, when I placed and fully paid for it. It showed that "in stock" by the end of the day I have an email says, they can't ship it cos they don't have it in stock and the items on PRE ORDER!!! Can't even give me the exact date! This is a scam! They know they don't have items in stock so why they still have it available on their website and took a full payment! Apparently, take 1 week to get your money back. UPDATE YOUR STOCK UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM! If you don't have it, then be clear with your customers!! Don't just take money!!
