Very disappointed Service 3rd time
Placed my order, received a call saying that half of the order is out of stock for couple of week (wasn’t marked while ordering). A week later miss my other half of the order. Contacted Caitlin, she sent me an email saying that if they deliver half of the order, for other half when back in stock I need to pay the shipping again… I was so disappointed. Call the office they said can’t cancel my order, can’t issue a refund. So had to fight to get my half off my order 10days later (ordered for next day delivery) the other half will come 3 weeks later… Seriously what a mess this place.

Second highly satisfying purchase in 3 years…
This is my second purchase in 3 years as I buy the larger salon sizes for personal use, which saves money and time. The professional brands available are genuine, fresh and highly effective. Customer service is fast with the chatbot - real person. Shipping internationally is fast and both times parcel arrived in 2-3 days. I highly recommend this site.
