Great product & service

I've held off on this review but its time to call it. The only thing that has happened promptly is the charging on my Credit card. I'm happy to revise this review but I have nothing to go on regards a delivery of my order, missed promises to provide tracking details makes me think I am been taken for a ride. Mr GS, if you can't fulfil the order, please say so and I can make alternate arrangements whilst a full refund is processed.
