its been 16days since i paid for my table tennis table but still not delivered, despite promises that it would be delivered last weekend, i was told item arived to the UK since the 3rd and would recieve it by 5th. today is 9th. the most frustrating thing is i cant get hold of anybody, my email complaining about status of item has not been responded to. several calls have not been answered or returned. i really hate giving negative feedback but this company has taken poor service to a different. i cant even speak to anybody to get my refund i'll have to request my refund through other means

Friendly staff but were delays posting my racket despite me chasing and being told it that it would be posted on time causing me to miss a tennis match.
