Todo muy bien y el transportista tuvo un problema pero desde la web lo arreglaron

ENVIO LAMENTABLE 15 DIAS Y AL FINAL FUI YO A POR ELLO ,DENUNCIABLE

Servicio rápido y productos en buen estado, recomendable.

Sistema de comunicación deficiente. No puedes hablar con ellos por tfno para que te informen del estado del pedido ni tampoco por mail. Solo tienen una pagina de solicitud donde ellos se pomen en contacto al cabo de x días. Retrasos en las entregas.

If I could give zero stars I would. Item did not arrive within the delivery timescales quoted. I tried to cancel the order but they then quickly changed the status to say they could not cancel as the item had been sent from the manufacturers (even though the status was still not in delivery when I contacted them to cancel). I then had to refuse delivery. They have taken weeks to accept the item as refused and five weeks after purchase I still do not have the refund!!!!

Envío rápido y excelente servicio al cliente. También fueron muy receptivos a mis preguntas. Solicité un reembolso porque pedí un artículo incorrecto y eso también se resolvió rápidamente.

No llega el pedido. La página para ponerse en contacto con la empresa de transporte dice que he cambiado la fecha. Intento contactar con ustedes y no hay manera, sólo por mail y aún así, no recibo respuesta sólo este mail de valoración
