Customer service is exceptionally responsive. Had a technical issue preventing me from accessing my certificate. Called the help desk and Monika Jones resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

The content of the webinar I attended was on point and timely. I was having difficulty getting my CPE Certificate but when I left a message for the Customer Service Team, I received an immediate and complete response telling me that the evaluation was not yet available and once it was, I would be notified to do the Eval and receive the CPE Certificate at that time.
