Excellentes Prestations de la clinique HairNeva à Istanbul. Tant au niveau de l'accueil, du séjour dans une suite appartement de l'hôtel Marriott 5☆☆☆☆☆. Et surtout à la très grande compétence du Docteur Alim Suleyman et de toute son équipe médicale, qui se sont montré d'un très grand professionnalisme. J'y ai fait un séjour de 4 jours où j'ai subit 2 greffes en 2 jours qui se sont très bien déroulées. Lors de ma prise de contact avec la Clinique Hairneva, j'ai eu comme seul interlocuteur Mickael, qui m'a communiqué tous les renseignements ainsi que les réponses à mes interrogations de manière très réactives dès la prise de contact. Il a su me mettre en confiance et c'est ce qui m'a décidé à avoir recours à cette clinique pour réaliser mes 2 greffes. La clinique se trouve directement dans l'Hôtel, elle occupe tout le 2ème étage et dispose de plusieurs blocs opératoires le tout dans un très beau cadre et une très grande propreté, ce qui est très pratique. Cela fait à présent 1 mois que j'ai subi les deux greffes, j'attends de voir les premiers résultats dans 6 mois pour donner un autre avis. Pour l'instant, devant le sérieux et la grande compétence médicale je ne peux que recommander la clinique HAIRNEVA.

J’ai été pris en charge par les équipes de Hair neva dans les meilleures conditions. Du début à la fin de mon séjour j’ai toujours été accompagné et écouté pour l’ensemble de mes questions. La clinique est extrêmement accueillante et tout est absolument nikel. Les équipes sont très professionnelles et à votre écoute. Chaque étapes est expliquée à l’avance afin de nous mettre dans les meilleurs conditions. Mes 2 greffes se sont très passées, j’ai hâte de découvrir le résultat final! L’hébergement n’a également rien à redire. L’appartement que j’ai eu (dans le même immeuble que la clinique) était neuf, très propre, très design…. Une vraie suite d’hôtel. Je recommande vraiment Hair neva pour réaliser une greffe. En plus d’un savoir faire incontestable, l’accueil, l’écoute et la prise en charge en font de grands professionnels chez qui vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés !

I have nothing to complain about! Great Journey! Great Clinic! Great Hotel! The Result seems to be very good. And our mediator and translater Mert done a great Job and he didnt left any questions open. He was very important to us for the whole process and if i have to rate him (1-10) i would defintley give him a 10! Everyone out there… You have nothing to worry about !

Ich habe noch nie so eine Professionelle Klinik in meinem Leben gesehen und erlebt ! Ich komme aus Deutschland und hab selbst in meinen 30 Jahren hier nicht annähernd so eine Professionalität erlebt ! Vom Dolmetscher Mert bis zur einfachen Krankenschwester ist alles einfach höchst professionell ! Ich bin ein Mensch der sehr skeptisch ist gegenüber Ärzte und Klinken aber diese Klinik hat mir alle Ängste genommen! Dr. Mehmet, Dr. Alim und Esra haben mir alle meine Ängste genommen und mich bis aufs kleinste Detail aufgeklärt ! Ich bin so froh diese Klinik gefunden zu haben ! Ihr müsst aufpassen bei den meisten klinken in Istanbul, es geht meistens nur um das Geld und nicht um den Patienten! Jeder von euch wird wahrscheinlich auf Social Media vollgespamt mit immer den selben Kliniken. Passt auf vor solchen Klinken weil nämlich dort geht es nur ums Geld und nicht persönlich um den Kunden und seine Interessen! Das sind alles meistens nur Metzger die euch so schnell wie möglich aufm OP Tisch haben wollen um es schnell hinter sich zu bringen! Bei Hairneva habt ihr nicht 1 Sekunde das Gefühl das es ums Geld geht ganz im Gegenteil jeder Arzt ist ein Künstler der gerne das beste aus seinem Patienten raus holt damit er selber auch glücklich ist ! Ich kann euch Hairneva mit ruhigem und guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen!

Tout d'abord une accueil exceptionnel avec Michael, une personne de l'équipe parlant français et connaissant bien son sujet. Ensuite une équipe médicale super rodée, hyper competente et patiente car l'opération est longue. Seule l'anesthésie est une peu génante ensuite ce n'est qu'une question d'endurance. Bravo à toute l'équipe de Hairneva et rendez vous dans quelques mois pour les photos du avant et après. Une clinique à recommander.

Everything was well organised. Easy to find the pick up at the airport for the transfer(s). Hotel was in the same building as the clinic which made it super easy. The transplantation was all done 1 day. Consultation, admin etc was professional and actually really quick. The doctor and technician team were all very friendly and worked like crazy all day to get the transplantation done. Big thanks to all. I was also assigned a contact person who was there every step of the way before arriving, pick-up to go to clinic and all day during the operation when possible… thanks to llyes :) I would recommend hairneva to anyone looking to get their transplant done.

It was a amazing experience with Hair Neva!! I came from the Netherlands to do my hair transplant at Hair Neva. Of course like everyone I was a little sceptical about this. But really, I would recommend Hair Neva 100% for everyone. The hotel was amazing, service from the hotel amazinggggg, service from Hair Neva amazinggg also the contact person was guiding me with everything, including farmacy etc. The message what I am sending in this review its definitely true guys!! I am very happy, everybody was very nice and professional as I expect of course!! Again.. this trip to Hair Neva for my hair transplant was amazing!! I was in Hairneva last week to do my operation. The whole experience was great! The consultant Ayoob was with me the whole time, answering all my question. The hotel was ok , near very big shopping mall and metro station. Transfer to and from The hotel ware well organized . I had FUE procedures it was done very smoothly and everything was explained. Dr. Suleyman did the first examinations and made the lines. The procedure was led by Dr. Esra T. and the team was really kind and professional.

The whole experience well organized. The hotel was little outdated but very good location if you have someone with you. The transfers ware really comfortable and punctual. The consultant Ayoob is great host. Responds to all questions really fast. I had DHI procedure in the new clinic. Everything is new and clean.The team led by Dr. Alim Suleyman was really professional. I am very happy with the result two weeks post op.
