I came to Istanbul, to Hairneva last week to do my operation. I have to say the whole experience was great! I received a number for someone who was readily available every day to answer any questions and for me to send pictures etc over WhatsApp right from the first consultation. The hotel was fantastic and staff we lovey. Room was great and Comfortable . Basically a luxurious apartment! Transfer to and from The hotel organised and was easy. The procedures both days were done very smoothly and I was explained everything and out at ease the whole way through by the lovely surgeons and staff. My only reservation is my drawn on hairline was too high Initially so we had to change it once my head was already swollen. So it’s currently not 100% symmetrical. But you can barely tell. I would say be 100% certain about the lines they draw and that you’re happy with them before they start operating. Besides this everything was absolutely fantastic, prettty much pain free and very smooth. Their English is very good! I would highly recommend hairneva to anyone and am very much looking forward to seeing the results! Ayoob was available at pretty much any hour to answer questions I had and any worries I had! So massive shoutout to him!

Ich suchte eine Praxis, die spezialisiert ist für Haartransplanationen.Dan endeckte ich die Praxis HairNeva in Instambul und telefonierte ich direkt mit Herrn Mert Günes, der von Anfang an und jetzt auch noch tut, auf alle Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist manchmal auch mitten in der Nacht🙈Herr Mert Günes ist uns bis zur lesten Minute bei uns geblieben sei es auch die Ängste zu nehmen oder einfach da zu sein für mich und mein Mann.Es wurde auf alles perfekt organisiert bis es fertig war, auch, dass wir eine Flugverspätung hatten, geschaut und das Mitten in der Nacht, der Abholdienst nicht mal 15 Minuten uns abholte und zum Hotel gefahren hat. Ich kann HairNeva sehr empfehlen, den das wichtigste hat uns Mert Günes uns genommen die Unsicherheit und die Angst, dass es nicht so kommt,wie wir uns vorgestellt haben. Aber wir sind mehr als zufrieden mit dem ganzem Team HairNeva.

HairNeva is a professionally run boutique. My team was led by a physician who conducted the initial consultation then personally conducted every extraction and implantation. The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid. Ten days post surgery and I am exceptionally pleased with the result.
