Prodotti fedeli alla descrizione, belli e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. COMPLETAMENTE da rivedere il packaging: ho comprato due articoli ed entrambi sono arrivati danneggiati al mio domicilio. Fortunatamente in punti non visibili, ma danneggiati. Una scatolina di cartone senza protezioni aggiuntive per un trasporto non é decisamente sufficiente

Constant lies and still no delivery
Ordered a sofa from Hannun, which was marked as ready to be shipped extremely quickly. But since then it's been over a month, way outside the initial delivery timeframe, and still it hasn't arrived. The delivery company in charge of the shipment provides no updates, and neither they nor Hannun can be joined by phone. When Hannun doesn't ignore their emails, they tell you "the delivery company says your delivery will arrive this week!", and then nothing. No updates from them, none from the delivery company. This happened three weeks in a row. For such expensive orders, it's absurdly bad service. Still waiting for my delivery a month later, with repeated lies about when the sofa should arrive. Avoid this company until their delivery practices are sorted out. It's not worth the hassle.
IF YOU ARE UK BASED DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
This company has the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered an expensive wardrobe from Hannun for my child's bedroom. The delivery window for the product arriving has been and gone, and in that time I've not been sent a single update as to where it is and when it might arrive. When you go online, the website sends you round and round in circles, but won't provide a single clear update. I've sent multiple emails and haven't had a single reply to any of them. I appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong on the supplier's end, but what I really don't think is ok is a complete lack of communication about what's happening with my (expensive) order. It's not ok to take people's money, not send their items and then not supply them with an update. If you're looking at one of their items online I would ask yourself how much you really want it and whether or not you could find something similar elsewhere - it's not worth the hassle to buy from them.

Puedes esperar el reembolso dentro de 2 a 8 días hábiles una vez que se cancele el pedido.". A una compra realizada el 7 de agosto de 2024 que se esperaba en noviembre de 2024 y que estamos ya en febrero mañana. Ya tampoco han cumplido lo que publico les pido devuelvan el dinero y tengo un esperar otros entre 2 y 8 días.... pero sino cumplen lo que dicen. Esto es una estafa. Y donde se cancela el pedido? pasarme el enlace. No sé les puede llamar tengo que usar esta plataforma para que me contesten.
