La atención ha sido maravillosa. Tras enviar las fotos solicitadas, no han puesto ninguna objeción para reponer las piezas dañadas.

I ordered three sets of shelves, and the two that eventually arrived I really like. They look great and are good value. However, their customers and staff are being let down by whoever is in charge of delivery. After more than three weeks of ordering, and countless e-mails (of course you can't reach them by phone), I still don't have the third set, or any information when/if it would be coming at all. Their customer service person has been very pleasant (until they stopped responding), but if they can't get in touch with their delivery partners (GLS and Parcelforce), let alone get them to actually deliver, sympathetic responses only go so far. A shame really.

El artículo perfecto - buen diseño buena calidad. La empresa de mensajería … eso ya es otro tema - entiendo que uno debe de maximizar los márgenes de ganancia pero la experiencia completa de compra incluye el transporte y entrega - y esa empresa no funciona

Bastante cutre. Los armarios apenas pesan y enseguida se despegan y se mueven de sus bisagras. nada recomendable

Positivamente; Facilidad e indicaciones de montaje. Negativamente; Las marcas que facilitais para la ubicación de las piezas (en mi caso un cabezal de cama) no eran iguales una estaba desplazada un centímetro de la otra. Creia que una pata era mas corta que la otra, en realidad era que estaba atornillada un cemímetro mas arriba.

Elle aurait dû être livrée la semaine dernière, mais est apparemment encore chez les artisans avec aucune idée de quand elle arrivera. Je comprends que le travail prenne du temps, mais cela commence à faire long..

Pakket niet ontvangen. Kan niet reageren, alles in het Spaans. Baal ervan! Bedrijf pakte het uiteindelijk goed op!! Vroeg me de keuze nieuw pakket of geld terug. Fijne afloop. Dank.
