I have been a regular Puritan's Pride customer since the 1970's, which indicates my trust and satisfaction with this company and their products. Here are some comments supporting my view on P.P.: + Sales advertising is clear and easy to understand, i.e. no need to read any fine print. + Customer service is one of the best. They have always responded positively and made any correction to my order if necessary. + Vitamin labels clearly describe contents of each supplement and those ingredients not included. + For 40 years now of using P.P. vitamins I sincerely believe they are beneficial to my health. At age 73 I take no drugs (unlike all my friend at this age) but instead I take about 40 P.P. vitamins/supplements a day. + The only negative comment (and it is quite minor) is I wish they would provide very small size vitamins in small containers like Swanson Vitamin do.

My experience is that the agents and product give me cause me to always shop here. The only "Yeah, but" is that I'm disappointed in the dried fruit and nuts.

Being a fairly new customer, I was pleasantly surprised to have a mistake on my part dealt with seamlessly. I ordered the wrong item and had no trouble getting the mistake dealt with. A new item was shipped immediately and did not have to return the mistaken bottle of pills

When my order arrived, two of the three bottles had loose caps and the liquid leaked. I immediately reported the issue and the two bottles were replaced without charge.
