I closed my account with Puritan's Pride after ONE order. They have my email address, but yet they start sending me SNAIL MAIL Cards and Magazines. I NEVER Signed up for ANY of this crap. I hate companies that waste Paper, Man-power making the crap and fuel delivering JUNK MAIL that will only add to the trash, when I didn't even give them permission. IF they were a decent company, they would see that I am on the DMA (Direct Marketing Associations) Do not Mail List. They also ADD (OR CURRENT RESIDENT). That just shows what an ARROGANT and INCONSIDERATE Company they are. I am just glad I was smart enough not to give them a phone number. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stick with companies that respect how you want to be communicated with AND Mother Earth!!!

Promised on the phone to me that that order would be shipped and delivered within 72 hours at the time of placing the order. Now already 6 days later and the order still has not been shipped yet. Then I called them and they gave some excuse about new system migration slowing things down. Sounds like a lie to me. In addition, they said the charge hasn’t been fully placed on my credit card yet and that the charge is still pending, but that’s also not true. I was already fully charged. This company cannot be trusted. Anything they tell you can not be accepted as fact.

Puritan's Pride products are great quality and very affordable. I am surprised by so many negative comments, but I’m very much pleased with this company. They carry literally everything, one stop shop for your supplements. I highly recommend their products
Terrible customer service experience
Bought some senior multivitamins but forgot to ask first if they were gluten and wheat free as l am coeliac. Contacted the company, and the guy didn't know!weird as when you are part of a company selling products that you are not aware of their content or have a booklet with information!!! Secondly, he says that he would enquire, but no news, so send a third mail, and 4 weeks later still no answer as obviously they can't bother!!!and by the way his name was Philip. Appalling customer services And not sure that l will buy again from them!

Track and trace in de gaten gehouden, 3 maart voor het laatst in amerika gezien.... 10 maart contact gezocht via de live chat, ''moet vandaag of morgen binnen zijn''. Het is nu 20 maart en ik heb nog niets, contact is vrijwel onmogelijk en geld terug krijgen maken ze je abnormaal lastig. KU T bedrijf! uit de buurt blijven!!!
Melatonin Liquid 10 mg Black Cherry Flavor
For the last 2 years I have purchased on Puritan's website their Melatonin Liquid 10 mg Black Cherry Flavor which they often sold with a buy 1 and get 2 free promotion. It worked very well and tasted fine and sold for about $5/bottle with the promotion. Lately however it has been listed as Out of Stock on their website so I looked elsewhere on Amazon where I found the same Puritan's Melatonin on sale, in stock for $10/bottle. It would appear they are selling their stock on Amazon for twice the price. Good for business but bad for their loyal customers. I chose to purchase a different brand of Melatonin Liquid 10 mg for $6/bottle with free Prime shipping with 2 day arrival.
Puritan's Pride will limit the points you can earn! Changes are made without full disclosure to customers
I have been a loyal Puritan's Pride customer for several years. I have always been able to redeem my points earned up until this year 2022. It appears that they put a limit on how many points a person can earn in a year without giving their customers full disclosure up front. It will take you several clicks to find this information. They will not make any exceptions. To me, this is poor customer service especially for customers who purchase a lot of products with this company. Buyer beware!

Do not buy from them!! I paid 40 GPD for vitamins over two weeks ago - and nothing! No communication, still no delivery! I have e-mailed them about FOUR times, they are just not responding clearly. Their first communication was that they have no record of my order! They 2nd they gave me a date for delivery - and still no sign of this!! I've shared proof of purchase 3 times! So no further forward! The vitamins have been suggested by my GP!
12 Year Puritan Pride customer's value... $61.01
I have been a Puritan Pride customer for over 12 years. After a 'trial' for their personalized vitamin packs, I was forced into a subscription program that I did not sign up for, or was made aware of. I purchased additional vitamins and noticed my CC bill had an additional charge. When calling customer service, I called 4 days in a row.. each call was over 30 mins and had at least 3-4 transfers to additional people. The first call resulted in the lady 'promising' to call back... never did. The last call, finally they said they'd refund my money, then they called back 30 mins later saying that they can't, they need to call the manager in New York. I even logged into my customer dashboard and checked the 'active subscriptions' tab and nothing was active. I was completely taken by surprise for this. To put things into perspective, we're talking about a $61.01 purchase. I didn't ask for any discounts, no free product request... I even wanted to keep my other purchase of $65. No Good...they would do nothing for a 12 year customer who spent over $5,000 and sent 4 paying customers to them. Please do yourself a favor and go to Costco for your vitamins. This company cares nothing about loyalty, or their mistakes.
