Ich war mit dem Ablauf des Kaufs sehr zufrieden!!! Bestellung, Versand und Erhalt der Waren waren sehr schnell. Am 3. Tag hatte ich die Lieferung bei mir Zuhause. Leider habe ich meinen Kauf stornieren müssen (lag nicht am Produkt oder dem Unternehmen). Aber auch die Retoure funktionierte tadellos und einen Tag später nach Empfang der Ware wurde das Geld anstandslos zurück überwiesen. Tadelloser Service, seriöses Unternehmen!

The best customer service I have ever been in contact with. I accidentally mixed up their resend slip with another one so a parcel ment for another company was sent to them. When I contacted Funsport.de customer service and told them about my mistake, which was totally on my behalf, they contacted me a few hours later and told me they had solved the problem. They had called the other company and solved it with them. I had to do nothing even if it was my mistake.

Habe dort das erste mal bestellt und bin begeistert. Ware war schnell da, viele Zahlungsmöglichkeiten, tolles Produkt und dazu noch ein guter Preis. Würde dort jederzeit wieder einkaufen.

This shop specialises in outdoor sports equipment. I bought a pair of snowboarding boots from them and it never arrived. They claimed that it was my fault, even though I had paid with Paypal which had given them my correct address. nevertheless they had sent it to the wrong address.
