Good quality speedy delivery

A helpful person when I phone answered a query, after which I was able to order online. The armchair arrived very quickly, and seems to be what is needed to aid my husband in getting up from seated. Only slight criticism is that for a high-seated chair the back could really do with being higher. Only time will tell how comfortable and useful the chair is, and how it wears, but the look is good

PLEASE DON'T TRUST "IN STOCK" Their website said the item was "in stock". Yet two and a half hours after ordering, I get an email saying they have to supply me from their supplier. SO they do not have it in their stock, but are reliant on a third party to supply. DO NOT TRUST "in-stock" label on website If this is the default for some items (maybe larger items) to be supplied direct from manufacturer/ importer. Then it would be nice to please put this information onto the website. Have the flag "supplied by third party / manufacturer" and please put in your delivery information how this affects the delivery time. Thank you. Update - 18/2/2025 -- called by company this morning, helpful representative explaining how some larger items (i.e. hoist I ordered - Ardoo Caresafe 140) come direct from manufacturer. Where thay are "held", "ring-fenced" for essential aids. I'm told this should not affect delivery. Update - Item arrives eight days after placing order. Appears to have spent three days with their supplier (POLYMORIT) before leaving supplier's site. I get impression from paperwork this was because supplier was doing a regulation (ISO 10535) Inspection Cetificate and Test on the hoist before it left their building.
