Ordered a walking aids on 7th January 25. I chased the order 2 weeks later & was told it was out of stock & waiting for a delivery. 2 weeks later I contacted them again about the order & was told that it had arrived & was booked in & that I would receive it by the end of the week. It didn't arrive & when I again contacted them I was told that it was on a pallet somewhere in the warehouse, hadn't been booked in & no delivery information was offered. I asked them to cancel the order & process a refund. There communication on this matter was non existent. Hopefully I will receive the refund & not have to contact them again.

The product was well described for purpose, a reasonable price, delivered promptly, of good quality and is an indispensable addition to our home for current medical needs. Checking the parts the clips seemed to be missing, but were actually already fitted to the legs. Otherwise straightforward to assemble.

Ordered items on 10th January 2025. Emailed company on 29th January as items had still not been sent, was told they would be posted that day. Now 12th February, emailed company again to be told that the items have still not been despatched but they "should" be sent today. Average delivery is supposed to be 3 to 5 days, 33 days later no items but they have the money. Also, it's a bit strange that every single review on their own website is five star! UPDATE In response to your reply, this review was definitely left for your company. I raised the issue with PayPal and got a full refund as you were at fault.
