Great product and service

Keep an eye on emails as you will get lots of updates about order and delivery there. Arrived fairly quickly and my husband found it easy to put together and there is lots of height adjustment, which can easily be adjusted. It is light weight and easy to move around and feels stable in use, although it has made me realise that the bottom of our shower is rather slippery so I will probably need to put a non slip mat down, and think a grab rail in the shower would be helpful for getting up and down safely, probably as much because I’m struggling with balance at present rather than any issue with product. Contact with customer service has been efficient and helpful. Would recommend product and company. For a heavy user with poor balance I would recommend getting one with arms built in and a wider base for stability, although I have no issues with this one. I order aids for NHS patients in my day job and this is a much nicer product than the heavy and awkward items that we supply. Easy to lift out of shower to use in bathroom for other things if needed. Small price to pay for being safer and maintaining your own independence.
