Rang up to ask about the delivery service, spoke to a lady who explained the delivery procedure, she was friendly and very knowledgeable.

After a ordering error on my behalf ( i didn't check size of the bed when ordering ) i took delivery of a smaller bed then intended but I am small anyway 😂 so after the initial realization what I had done and several emails forward and back to essential aids they were extremely helpful but I decided not to return at my expense ( to costly to return by a courier) a silly mistake on my behalf but I am now having a better night sleep because of the adjustable bed My only regret I forgot to say when I ordered i was a stroke survivor and they would of donated to the stroke society so people if you are a stroke survivor please remember to let them know.I certainly was having a bad day when I ordered 😂
