Rob is a true professional who I recommend to anyone who requires a workstation assessment. With a history of back related issues, working from home during the pandemic has put great stress on my lower back. Rob was asked by my workplace to come and do a home workstation assessment and he compiled a report in no time. He worked with my employer to find suitable solutions to my home working set-up, including a height adjustable desk, which he personally delivered and set up. He is courteous, efficient and punctual and highly knowledgeable about his area of specialism!

I was referred by my employers to Total Back Care to assist me with home office equipment and car comfort after breaking my back in a boat accident. I have to say the service received from Rob was first class. He was very knowledgeable and caring, he identified what I would need and demonstrated the equipment in the studio. From order to delivery was only a few weeks and Rob visited my home office to assemble. It has transformed my working day and I now couldn't be without my standing desk and new chair. Total Back Care visited me at home to assess my current working conditions and noted what improvements could be made to help with the problems I was getting with my arms, shoulder and neck. A report was then sent to my place of business.18 days later Total Back Care delivered new equipment and spent time setting it up and making sure I was comfortable and able to use. Great service and Rob was very friendly.

Recently I've had a new chair and it has changed my life! No really it has. I'm now actually comfortable at work. I had Fantastic consultation which catered to me being a larger individual. Will definitely return if I need to purchase anymore for my office

Great service, not only did Total Back Care provide me with the missing part we had lost, they came out to fit it and check that nothing else was missing. Which was great because another part was. So they got our adjustable desk working. Great communications too. Via email and phone.

Really wonderful service. Booking was quick and easy, an appointment was available very quickly. Jess was very friendly and responsive to my needs, it is obvious that she cares a great deal about providing an excellent service. There was a very large range of products, but she was efficient in filtering out and giving possible options to try out. The chairs are even available in a range of fun colours, should you desire your specialised chair to stand out in the office. The delivery process was rather quick, and booked at a time to suit my work. He was also fantastic, showing me all of the features of the equipment and setting up the chair for me completely. I could not reccomend this service enough.
