very disappointed in the delivery set up cancelled my order and went to another competitor. Bought my mattress and picked my delivery time and date. I will be a long time before I ever set foot in your place again. Your delivery set up person Is and obnoxious

Our sales person was great but our experience at the counter to purchase was not and was extremely off putting. Our delivery people were great and professional.

The service we received in the bargain annex was awesome. The sales guy was awesome and very helpful. We did buy two lazy boys from the regular side and the lady was not as engaged with us. Glad we dealt with the other gentleman first.

I was a first time customer and had an excellent experience. I initially spoke with one sales person, whom was very good. When I returned to make a purchase they were not working that day but I requested that he receive the sale as he spent his time and energy assisting me. The sales person whom processed the sale was also very good, however I didn't require much assistance. The delivery guys you contracted to deliver my furniture were great guys, knowledgeable and obviously very good at their jobs.

Customer care is great but product is not. We've had nothing but problems. 3 exchanges on dresser ranch new one sent in horrible condition. 3 replacements on nightstand and all damaged as well. Bought set in early February and still not settled.

My property is damaged and some appliances are not installed on August 16th . I am not able to use my washer and dryer machine and dishwasher because it. This is affected my daily routine for the unexpected issues. Please help to install the appliances before Tuesday as I will have guests come to visit me on Thursday and they will staying at my house for a week. I need my washer and dryer installed ASAP. The product (fridge) is working amazing. The delivery guys took their time and care with the product. I highly recommend the delivery service and Teppermsn’s.

We ordered a new fridge, stove and dishwasher, from the outlet a couch and lounge. We were told it the dishwasher would be available in 2 wks. 3 wks later no call so we call. It will be another 2-3 wks for the dishwasher. Ok we still want everything else. We booked a delivery date. I had to call in sick to work. Only the fridge and stove were delivered. Not happy, had rebook and delivery for furniture. Only date available was either Wednesday or Saturday. Not calling in again to work so furniture will be delivered same day were having a family function at our house. Not happy at all. We have been going here for over 20 years. Not again

I've never had such a smooth experience purchasing furniture and having it delivered. It was quick, easy, great quality and we absolutely see value in what we paid. Justin, our salesman, was upfront about all costs, warranties, and delivery expectations (living in a more rural area, this was extremely important to us). Looking forward to shopping there again and bringing friends and family with me!
