Amazing customer service, I was attended to very fast and easy in store. Explained the financing process to me like pros, and made buying products a breeze! However... I was not told I would have a waiting period of 2-3 months for the products I financed until after I made the order.

We have been dealing with Teppermans since moving here in 1986. Also dealing with Stew Cole since he has worked there. If what we were looking to purchase was not his area of expertise he made sure we always have the proper person to give us the service that's up to his standards. i found the whole experience enjoyable, i saw a different salesman from the one i had talked to on the phone, he was on lunch, and he assured me he would be told i had asked for him and the sale would be shared, the girls in accounts where great and the delivery men also
