Very good on the basics
Very good on basics social skills. I remember their emails from some time ago, also great. Latest ones felt a bit too hard-sales, but I still appreciate the value of their free articles and the people running it seem very genuine.
Good but too expensive
The introduction masterclass was great, but the price of their products are out of this world. As a student, the social competence is important to develop healthy relationships and grow as a person. But as of right now, purchasing these courses is off the table as i do not have that kind of money. Asking people for 4 thousand dollars is just rude.
Good customer service
Hi, i have purchased a course, wich is really good structured. In addition customer service is fast and very good.
The program content is amazing
The program content is amazing and they have a very good Support team. They help you in queries and resolve the problem quickly, especially Mr. Gavin Boyle , he has been really supportive throughout my journey with SocialSelf. It is really worth investing in this program if you suffer from social anxiety and it really helps alot.
SocialSelf has been nothing but POSITIVE!!!
SocialSelf helped me practice my social skills particularly about how to keep my boundaries! Matthew had a training call about boundaries and his help had been nothing short of spectacular! I was able to keep my boundaries with certain people I couldn't before that training call and it's a MOUNTAIN off my shoulders that I was able to do that with Matthew's help! I cannot thank you guys enough! Hope you all consider SocialSelf should you decide to join to be as helpful and positive as I have found it! Have a great day from me to you!
Way to go !!
Social self is a great course for people looking to improve their social skills. It's been just a month since I bought the course and I have been very impressed with the kind of initiatives that I have seen. It's not a typical 'see the videos and practice on your own course' but they go the extra mile by trying to form a community and engage the members through video calls and online meetups. I would definitely recommend people who want to improve their social skills to give social self a try !
Conversation Confidence Course
I took the Conversation Confidence course, and it was a great experience. I've struggled with social anxiety my whole life and have tried various approaches in therapy, read a lot of related literature, and didn't expect much from a course I found through an Instagram ad. However, I enjoyed every video, and despite being familiar with the topic, I still learned a lot. After putting the theory into practice, I'm really happy with the results and see the positive changes in my life. The course is well-structured, and there's a section with comments from real people. It's surprising how many of us go through the same struggles, and for me, it was comforting to see I'm not alone.
Absolutely amazing experiences
Absolutely amazing company, led by a passionate team dedicated to helping those facing challenges in social situations. Their training materials are abundant, methodical, and packed with valuable insights. I've only completed one course so far, but I’m fully satisfied with the experience. Their weekly meetings, which are free and open to everyone, are a phenomenal opportunity to gain knowledge and share experiences with others. I truly recommend to join their community as a first step to improving your life :)
Your next step in the right direction 👣
I recently signed up with social self after weeks of research and getting feedback from people who have taken the course. From day one, I felt very welcomed by the community and the coaches, and the content of the course continues to be just the thing I needed to step in the right direction. From the live community calls to the practical, real world experience given throughout the course , I really feel set up for success. It's tempting to think that you're alone in your experience and no one understands so it's not worth reaching out... but I can promise you there are SO many people who see you and relate in some way to whatever you're going through. No one is an island, and the sooner you start building a bridge of connection to the mainland, the sooner you will begin to see how we're all in this together 🧡 supporting and lifting each other up day after day, strengthening the bonds of fellowship and community. It starts with your first step towards the edge of your comfort zone.
Improving Social Interactions
I was feeling really low self esteem from not being able to really communicate with people well and make friends. Dealing with social anxiety and awkwardness was making it very difficult for me to connect with new people. I found social self through a quick google search, subscribed to the emails and based on those decided to buy into it. I am so glad I did. It has a lot of information that is actually helpful unlike alot of books out there talking about the topic. The administrators are very helpful and make sure you are aware of all the community calls and other info tidbits. With this I actually did have an easier time initiating conversations with people. I am feeling positive about this and hope to make more improvements with it
