So I got sucked in by the Instagram ads- eventually tried the concealer. First shade a little light for me but still good for a very brightening look. They had recommended go a shade lighter than foundation so I’m not sure I entirely agree. Their new shade Bisque a bit darker matches my skin better. Consistency is not as pliable as other concealers you get the tiniest amount and then smooth/ warm it between fingers then apply, I usually like brush application (and they gave free brush) but it didn’t work for me as the product needs a lot of warming in my opinion to get the non cakey look. Once you master the slightly more difficult application, the results are amazing and I highly recommend the concealer. Smoothing and brightening full coverage but not cakey. I would prefer it wasn’t so thick in the tube… Eye cream also v good. Nice to use. Assume the ingredients are helping fine lines etc. but you never really tell what one product does. No irritation at all. Lasts a long time and just re purchased. So also recommend. Responded to an email offering 33% off 2 products so decided to try the neck cream as I’ve been impressed with the eye cream. The excellent Angeli from customer service team honoured the discount as the email was misleading-the offer was 2 of the same products. But that wasn’t clear. I wanted eye and neck creams. Friendly, professional, responsive service- you can’t ask for more than that. Interested to see the results of the neck cream and may try a moisturizer next! Very impressed with Fiera but their marketing lowers the brand values and makes me think they are not high in actives/ good ingredients cos they are giving free brushes away and the push to buy 2 or 3 seems crazy - bit down market- especially as the concealer must last a year or more. Hence the 4 stars.

When I bought was my SECOND three pack ( buy 2 get 1 free), turns out I inadvertently ordered two separate jars of the apple stem cell cream. When I called, your representative shipped the third jar AND made shipping free. Good service made me a permanent customer.

Love it smell great. I hate writing reviews over and over

I read the wonderful reviews that praise the concealer. Unfortunately, I have tried two shades over the past several months and the Fiera product does not work for me as well as others. I warm it between my fingers, tap it lightly under my eyes, and use fine brush to blend. It is a good product for many, the reviews prove that fact. I use the product on my hands to cover dark spots.

I would definitely give this company a five I have tried their under eye cream. Their face cream. And there concealer. The concealer was amazing. It is exactly what everyone says. it doesn't cake up it doesn't make the line show up more it just blends in with your skin and it really is a very nice feeling concealer. I love face cream the apple stem cell one. When you put it on your face it makes it feel tingly and a very nice feeling. The under I concealer I've been using it for quite a while now and I think it's also excellent. The only negative thing I have to say is once you buy the product they inundate you with communication to buy more. I always buy 2 at a time then you usually get one for free. Definitely try this product I think you would love it!

I love the Fiera concealer. I can honestly say it is hands down the best concealer I have ever used ! I had a small issue with one of the products snd their customer service team solved the problem the same day. My whole experience with Fiera had been wonderful ❤️
